Orion Group
Health Initiative:Declaration of Healthy & Productivity Management

The Orion Group has launched a health and productivity management project team, which implements various health and productivity management initiatives to maintain and improve the health of our employees.

All of our employees are the most important asset of the Orion Group, and we believe that the health of every employee, their families, and partners is the key to improving the performance of the company and the group as a whole. As stated in our “ORION WAY,” we are committed to supporting all employees to lead healthy and secure lives, both physically and mentally. Rather than simply providing the minimum health care required by law, with an understanding of the current state of the company and social conditions, we will proactively carry out health promotion activities as necessary.

Social conditions have been in a state of constant flux in recent times, but we will identify health issues swiftly according to the circumstances, protect the health of our employees, and continue working to create workplaces that are both comfortable and rewarding.
