Orion Group’s Basic Policy Against Anti-Social Forces

The Orion Group has established the following basic policy for blocking any associations with antisocial forces. All officers and employees will adhere to this policy to ensure the appropriateness and soundness of our business operations.

1. The Orion Group recognizes that a resolute stance in cutting off and eliminating any associations with antisocial forces is not only essential for building and maintaining social trust in the company’s business activities and ensuring the appropriateness and soundness of the company’s business operations, but is also necessary and crucial for the company to fulfill its social responsibilities.
2. The Orion Group takes a resolute stance against antisocial forces and will not enter into any contracts or provide any benefits to antisocial forces, regardless of the pretext or method, and will not have any involvement whatsoever with antisocial forces.
3. When the Orion Group finds out that a counterparty is an antisocial force or suspects that it is an antisocial force, it will cooperate with external specialist agencies, respond in an organized manner, and terminate the relationship with that counterparty as quickly as possible. In addition, the Orion Group will immediately take corrective action and implement measures to prevent recurrence, as well as promptly taking legal action if necessary.
4. The Orion Group will strive to cut off and eliminate any associations with antisocial forces by introducing clauses to cease and exclude any relationships with antisocial forces and clauses to clearly state that the company is not an antisocial force in contracts and other necessary documents.
5. The Orion Group will communicate the basic policy throughout the company and will also publicly announce the basic policy and a summary thereof.
